When it comes to diy proto at home u cannot do white silk screen that easily.
Here is my method.
1) paint and dry pcb top
2) use acetone /nail polish remover and transfer inverse of top layer, flipped horizontal
3) remove the paper in water
The pic shows one pcb... I am sure we can perfect it even more.
Specially if u use good heat transfer paper
