LCD TV samsung/sony/panasonic

I need help in deciding to buy between these three brands of LCD HD TV`s, which is better? my budget is approx 65,000
I would also appreciate a suggestion for a compatible home theatre system costing approx 20,000:lol:

well whats ur viewing distance and what size do u prefer?
well assuming bigger the better way,then ur options are sony 40inch S & V series.samsung series 5 40inch.
the sonys have a bit more contrast then the samsung but the samsung is cheaper.
