Looking for budget home theater

Kindly note output watts doesn’t really matter here, it’s the distance and speaker impedance which need to be matched. Thick wire (12 or 14 gauge) is recommended for long wire runs, high power applications, and low-impedance speakers (4 or 6 ohms). For relatively short runs (less than 50 feet) to 8 ohm speakers, 16 gauge wire will usually do just fine. I personally use 16Awg wire in my stereo setup. Refer below link for more details.

Nice info bro. didnt knew that wattage doesnt matter in speaker wire, but it is a prime factor in choosing wire thickness for other electrical appliances.

Yes AmazonBasic speaker wires are oxygen-free copper (OFC) grade which is good, I have seen few FM recommending Finolex too... is it for concealed cabling?

HDMI - BlueRigger / Bandridge / Belkin are some of the good brands you can opt for. Look for HDMI 2.0 or 2.1 version min, validate it against your connecting device compatibility too.

I use Finolex 2.5 sqmm (approx 13AWG) for all my speakers.
Lengths from 4 feet to 8 feet. It can be used externally or in-wall.
Externally wired, it will add color (like red, blue, yellow, etc to otherwise boring black components).
It does not in any way color the sound quality :D

Cheers,
Raghu
