Hi all,
I have a 8 yr old ryzen 5 1600 with 4GB RX 570 which surprisingly still able to play most AAA games at low settings. Since its on a 720P projector...we dont care about ultra settings and 1440p, ray tracing and all that.
Although still happy with the system - thought its time to upgrade to a new one with a budget of between 90K net of GST as I will claim GST on components. with Intel B580 being expensive and 9070 series being unaffordable and may be an overkill for our needs, thought of settling on 7800XT which I may get for around 38K net of GST. Was about to buy it this week when I saw the 350 dollar 9060XT announcement yesterday. Spoke to Vishal peripherals and they said they will have pricing info only next week.. Estimating it to debut around the 32-35 mark net of GST which makes the 7800XT all that more appealing. Want to stay clear of Nvidia for now.
Please let me know your thoughts.

7600X vs 9600X - hardware unboxed says its not worth the upgrade and 9600x is around 3k costlier

1TB NVME
B850 mother board
700 watt PSU
