Modded Blu Ray players

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with hardware modded region free Blu Ray players? This seller on ebay seems to have a few:

eBay My World - gradedexchange.

Wondering if its worthwhile to order something like that or are there unmodded region free options.

Jai, there is a extensive multipage thread on Blu-Ray player which discusses all these points.

No Blu-Ray player that I am aware of, other than the Dune, is manufactured as region free. Some modification has to be done. With most players, you can buy the mod kit and install it yourself.
