My Onkyo TX-NR609 stopped putting out any audio signal suddenly

My Onkyo TX-NR609 stopped putting out any audio signal suddenly and without any changes made to the system or connections. It worked the night before and then the next day it simply didn't. I've narrowed the problem down to the receiver because not even the tuner produces anything, even static. The speakers (5.1 setup) don't even hiss when it's turned on.

I've reset it to factory settings multiple times to no avail.
I've seen this problem posted elsewhere but haven't seen a solution. Is there anything I can do or will I simply have to buy a new receiver?:sad:

Just open the set ,unplug and plug all the cables connected to the board.Then again do factory reset.If you have audessy then again redo it. It may help you.
