I am still planning for a build. The previous comments are just suggestions of cabinet design. Not my final build.
The ones you mentioned as a clone are the general representations of most amplifiers and are available from different DIY shops in Hongkong that you can purchase from ebay. The only problem is that they weigh around 13 to 15 kg so shipping charges are high plus the import duty is around 1500 - 2000 bucks making the cost escalate to around 16500.
