I feel you don't machine corners of your heat sinks. Join them by copper bars, that looks enough to me. Just remember to spread drivers on each heatsink equaly.

Machining was necessary because these heat sinks will itself act as Side walls for Enclosure and they should be in right angle or else the Shape will not be in perfect square or Rectangle. I have also made the Capacitance Multiplier, The PCB assembly already completed. Below is the Pic of it. I have not mounted the Bridge Diode on PCB.

Yes i know that is why i have covered them with a thick soldering layer

Photo of Testing this Amp.

The Size of the Enclosure will be same as per the components placed in Photo. Now time to take the measurements and move ahead for making a good looking Enclosure.

Got the Top and Bottom Plates Today... They are 2 mm Thick (MS) plates.

Hi Friends,

I have changed the driver & output transistor of one Channel, the difference was there, but I was unable to figure out which was sounding natural, hence i have recorded some music files on Mobile Phone, There are 2 files for each music samples. This files are recorded with same setup like same distance, same Volume and same song.

I have uploaded the Music Sample on my google drive, I know this method is not correct, but you can still have an idea how the Sound is. You will need to download the file name "Music Samples" from my drive. It is a zip file and there are 10 samples.

Today's Update,

Got the Front and Back Aluminum Plates Machined as per required Size, Drilling and Tapping Done & checked its assembly. Perfect fitting. I also got the legs machined from 40 Dia Aluminum Bar, the height is 50 mm (required for good ventilation of heat from heat sinks) Slots for Connectors, Sockets and Power Switch is pending, it will be done on wire-cut machine.

Once it is done these plates will be sanded and Black anodizing will be done. For legs i will go for brownish-golden Anodizing just like the heat sinks, The Top and Bottom M.S Plates will be Black Power coated.

It is very slow progress, cz i am unable to get enough time to spend after this project.

Thank you very much for your feedback, I too liked the sound of Sample2, The vocals are also very clean and they don't get mixed up with other frequencies. Yes you are right it has more presence and Punch.

Yes thats absolutely right. I will try to listen in proper setup. But one of my DIY speaker is dismantled. I have the files will hear again in few days.

Those Speaker Connectors & Mains Socket Cutout are done on wirecut Machine, You can see those Speaker Connectors cutouts are somewhat like a "D", Its to lock them so they wont slip from its place.
