I dont intend to use internet on the same....jst need it for watching movies with my Home theatre...

Can you please suggest one for me.....

There are many media players to choose from. If you don't need frills like networking, internet etc. then look for Kaiboer 1055+

Kaiboer H1055+ HD TV 1080p Media player 3.5" HDD bay | eBay

If you want more advanced player then look for himedia hd600a. There is a dedicated thread for himedia and many including me have placed order for himedia players.

I will recommend kaiboer or himedia. The others can't decode HD audio formats. I have placed order for himedia hd600b. Himedia comes with HDMI cable where as with others you will need to purchase HDMI cable separate.

Before deciding on a player, please think whether you need network capability, internal hdd support etc. If you buy a media player with internal hdd slot, you can fix an hdd inside the player and dump all media files in it.

Thanks Baiju,

I am almost decided on Kaiboer....jst one question....

difference between Kaiboer 1055 and Kaiboer 1055+ only seems to be is that plus has a hdmi cable and case for internal HDD...

Correct me if I am wrong......

As I have hdmi cable already....also wont need Internal HDD bay....so might as well go for Kaiboer 1055 saving me 900 or so....
