need help in ripping only the movie track of a dvd

I have used Moser Baer Dual-layer DVDs.......for backup.

Burn fail rate : 5-6%

Data corrupt : 5%

Had to re-write few DVDs after using for a month --- maybe due to scratches(?).

Cant comment on long term archival/storage.

I get Moser DVD DL for 65/- each.

Gotta to try Verbatim/Sony DVDs...
