Need projector for around Rs 20k, for 10-15 people, clarity imp.

Hello.
I'm looking for a no frills projector in a very limited budget.

Budget: Rs. 20,000. Can extend upto 23k max.

Will be used for an audience of 10-15 people, in a small room.

Clarity is very important, as the projector will be used to display Adobe Flash CS6, whose GUI contains lots of small icons.

These three seem to be in budget but difficult to find :

• BenQ MS502
• Acer X1163
• Portronics POR315

What are my options in this budget? Can you please also provide me info on where to buy your recommendations.

Or is it asking too much for 20k, and are there other alternatives (like 32" TVs) ?

Recently demoed a sharp PJ can't remember the model ..but looks good ..xga resolution ..price was I think 25k..

Found these two:

One has higher native resolution but only 50 lumens while other is cheaper and brighter but with lower resolution. Which one would be better?

Also none of them is being shipped from India so how much increase in cost should I expect?

I have a used NEC LT245 which I could sell. I have no idea of expected price. If you would be interested, I could check.
Usage 1012 hrs (42%). Still very bright. Looks like new. Fully functional. It has been sparingly used only at home for movies. No HDMI but does 1080i. Has 802.11g wifi features (requires optional card). Remote has presenter mode. Horizontal and vertical keystone. Well reviewed projector of its time.

The projected would be used 8 hours everyday so cannot buy a second hand one. Anyone else?
