Can you please recommend me as which speaker cables I can buy for my in ceiling speakers like brand and how much gauge along with good banana plugs. The speakers will be used for atmos.

I use C&E 16awg. It’s a good quality cable and if you want 12,14 awg is also available in the same brand.

I use 16 only and feel it is good enough. Most of them go for 14awg. 12 definitely not required IMO

If distance between avr and speaker is less than 20 feet then 16AWG should be enough. In case more than that you may go for 14AWG
