Need suggestions on Sony LED TV

I want to buy a Sony television and can take my budget max to 1.3-1.4 lakh
Not very keen on UHD but if a good one comes in this range then would be happy to go for it.
I want a television with VA panel as i read that IPS panel doesn't give great quality.
A 50 inch television would be ideal but can settle for a range betwen 43 - 50 inches.

All in all, i am looking for a great viewing experience with some high end features.

Please advise.

Sony KDL-50W950D is a good choice it has got all the features and should come in your budget.

You can get a 55 inch tv for 1.2. I'm not sure about the panel type, but the tv is really good.
Its 1080p.

I have been comparing KDL-50W950D with KDL-50W950C, both look exactly same to me just series is different. Any idea is there are any differences between these two?

I am also evaluating kd-49x8500c, it has great features and is from 2015 series but i am just not able to confirm if has VA panel.

By the way I am owning Sony 55 inc...950B......Its too awesome and everything perfect. The picture quality, sound is just too good.. You cannot just compare Sony with other Tvs.
