No sound at surround Back L&R ( Denon x1200W)

No sound at surround Back L&R channels ( Denon x1200W)

Tried new and diff cables , speakers but to no avail.

Without surround Back L&R channels working I cannot achieve my DOLBY ATMOS..need your precious advice (you may link me to URL which has discussed on this b4.) thank you …

Have you assigned the amp - to surround back? Check this page

If assigned correctly, check if the sound plays when you play a music file and set the sound to multichannel (music should play in all speakers)?
