Panasonic 32S10 turns off automatically

Hi,

I bought a Panasonic 32S10 LCD TV two months back from Unilet Bangalore.
For the last couple of days, when I switch on the TV it automatically turns off with in 5 seconds. If I keep on switching it on for 3/4 times, it will continue to function normally.

What can be the possible issues?

Please help me out.

The TV is still within warranty period. Get it replaced.
