preamp as headphone amplifier

Can my ref30 preamplifier be used as headphone amplifiers with high end headphones like grado or sennheiser.

grados are usually 32 ohms, so u cant use those. senn some models might work, you wont get much volume though as current and voltage both are limited. overall its a bad idea.
