Problems with Bose online shop

I have faced the following severe issues with Bose online shop:

Bose alone among the entire online commerce world ASKS FOR A DECLARATION TO BE EMAILED after every order. Not only is this painful, it is badly implemented because:
1. The fax number at which this is to be faxed does not exist according to BSNL recorded message.
2. The email id at which it is to be emailed does not exist and the mail is forwarded somewhere else.
3. There is no acknowledgement of email received. Nowadays even the smallest eCommerce site sends an automatic acknowledgment of every email to enable tracking.
4. The requirement of a declaration is only disclosed AFTER the payment is collected so we dont have an option to cancel the order and go to a Bose shop or buy something else.

While I have decided not to buy Bose online ever again, I would like to advise FMs to be aware of these issues.
