Region Free BD player for Rs.7500?

I saw an ad in the Chennai edition of the HINDU from Shah's Electronics. They are selling a Region Free BD player for Rs. 7500 (maybe +/-500, dont remember). I tried calling them a few times, but no one is able to say what brand, is it region free DVD vs BD etc. Any info is appreciated. I havent had the chance to visit them yet..
