Request for Cassette Player Owners

Dear Members,

Those who own Technics or any other brand Cassette Players, can you please advise as where In India you can buy the head cleaner.

I have tried amazon India but no luck, please guide.

Head Cleaners are fully vanished. You may use warm water for cleaning pinch rollers and Isopropyl alcohol for cleaning head and Capstan. If you are looking Head Cleaning Cassette then it is available in ebay.

Best to use isopropyl alcohol. Available off the shelf at medical stores.

That is what I used to do when I had caseette player. I also used Johnson buds to clean the pinch roller. Every time I got good result though don't know whether it is ok or not.

I dont use isopropyl alcohol for cleaning the pinch rollers. It is said that alcohol will expedite the deterioration of the rubber. I use luke warm water for the same.

Clinical spirit- lots of it if cassettes have been lying around.
