This is with reference to thread " Changes in For Sale by Owner Classifieds forum permissions" has been locked inbetween suggestion and discussion is going on..

If you are not in a mood and don't want to see or hear any suggestions and discussions on the particular announcement , Kindly announce and close immediately.

Do not close it abruptly.
