I know I used to be there. Reporting to work by 8:30 am and returning home only at 2 am. Once I worked 5 Sundays in a row meaning no off for an entire month! Yes companies in India do that!!! Managing around 180 people. After a while the money just did not matter when I did not have time to do anything else with it. Just quit and now I'm so much happier working from home. Have all the time in the world, travel when and where I want, eat piping hot food at home cooked by my wife, am in shorts the entire day, blast music almost the entire time I'm awake, man no money can give you this bliss.

BTW I'm working on my secret desire which is to relocate to Goa permanently. Hopefully I will be successful in that soon.

Not that I know of. I saw the original music video, I don't remember exactly how long but it's a longer version with drummer Don Henley actually taking off and having fun with the drums. But it was a recording of a stage show and that's the video I've come across featured for this song.
