I've ordered the Limited Edition double LP which is pretty much sold out already (release is Sept. 15, 2009).

Porcupine Tree is coming to Mumbai for a concert. I'd be all over that if I was ANYWHERE in India. Get a plane ticket and just go watch them.

just listened to a sample recording of theirs on the net from the album fear of a blank planet - they sound good. whats a good album to start off with
