There’s something about a film album based on classical music (or its derivatives)... especially when recorded well like this one. Reminds me of the works of Satyajit Ray and Ravi Shankar. Bengalis have always excelled at this. In Marathi Hridaynath Mangeshkar managed it successfully. Good to see Bickram Ghosh carry on the tradition. As for the album, it’d have been better if the songs and instrumental pieces were placed in the order they appear in the film.

Also I admire how Ustad Amjad Ali Khan supports the ventures of younger generation. This is another good example.

I've not seen the movie, yet. Is it not in order? I thought the instrumentals were in order and songs were separate as they appear in the movie? Ustad Amjad Ali Khan's tracks appear as bonus at the end:
