Safe to connect 2 Balanced Conditioners?

Hi, I have a Balanced Conditioner with voltage regulation and a second one which does not. I have in mind to connect the second one to one of the output from the first so that I get the same voltage going into the second Balanced Conditioner. Is this safe?

Its same as using only one (the one with voltage regulation). You will not get the benefit of the second one.

I just wondered whether it's safe to connect the 2 balanced conditioners together without thinking of anything else. I would not want to endure the pain of seeing one or both of them (or worse any one or all of my equipment) getting damaged in the process.
