Samsung Buy-Back offer - should i take it ?

I posted the above thread long before and due to personal reason i couldnt get the tech guy to get it checked , anyway last week it was checked out and today he called and said that Panel needs to be replaced , but CC told that there could be some buy-back and discount on new model (not yet confirmed how much). They also said the panel is around 30K

I am in now plan in changing the panel . I was looking for 3D TV for sometime. shall i go for samsung buy-back ?

I did like LG 3D cinema , + thier recent firmware update seems to give full 1080p .

Need suggestion.

Also since diwali is nearing by , many shops will have discounts ,what should i do ?

after reading review on LG cinema 3d , i heard that it fairs average on normal viewing. I watch more of movies (non-3d) , series , TV in general and gaming(ps3). So can anyone suggest a samsung TV with good quality on 2D viewing ? and possibly has decent 3D viewing ( not much into 3D)
