Hi anabil,

All 3 are good in their own ways. It is a bit hard to select but I suggest the Samsung C530. For your SD viewing it will do it's job well.

The Sony has better screen uniformity but that's not a problem at all given the size. Sony has marginally better sound as well. If not the C530 then EX400.

Why don't you demo all 3 and see what you like?

Buy one of these 3 only if
(a) the viewing distance is 8ft+ in case of SD content
(b) You watch HD content now and then and you think it will go up in the future

Otherwise, ignore these 3 and go for a HD-ready 720p/1080i LCD, the reason being SD content is upscaled in the TV (C530/C550/EX400) and doesn't look so good in close quarters on Full-HD TV. A DVD upscaled in a good DVD player may be an exception, but cable/DTH is not upscaled properly on any of these TVs.
