Samsung LCD TV switches off and on when any tubelight is switched on

Sir,
I have a problem with a 32 inch Samsung LCD TV purchased 3 weeks back. While the TV is On, if any electrical switch is operated (tubelights or incandescent Lamps) the TV reception momentarily switches off and then comes On by itself. It should be noted that the signal from the Set Top Box is not interrupted because No-signal indication on the screen is not appearing. Could you suggest the reason for this happenning.

There is a high level of EMI in your house electrical circuit. It is possible the cable from your dish is very close to a unshielded power cable. When you put on a light switch, the additional current flow is causing a electromagnetic radiation that is disturbing your TV reception.

Call your electrician and ask him to isolate the circuits.
