Hi Everyone,
I have samsung q700c which is 1.5 yrs old. Suddenly it stopped working and i am just seeing constant solid light which is of green/yellow light. I have tried re setting and all the troubleshooting steps but nothing helped.
Talked to customer care guy and he told me mostly its main board issue and it will cost me around 12k for repair.
Does anyone have any better alternative or any outside repair shop. I have also heard many 2024 sounbars are bricked by firmware update. Can that be the case?
Would appreciate if anyone can help a bit. I can attach images of soundbar if needed for further diagnoes
