Fortunately I bought 2 before the floods for 4300 bucks! Today I purchased one for my hospital. The good thing is I won't have to pay!

I had booked 2 of the ADATA 1TB external HDD thru ebay based on the above link. Till today the items have not been shipped by the Chennai seller, I was a little bit worried as the listing got ended on 19th and surprisingly got a call today morning from the seller requesting me to accept another product of the same brand as he does not have the original item which was posted on the ebay site. I went thru this item and seems to be the same item with some extra casing. What do you say guys?

Thanks for sharing your experience! Was about to purchase the same & wasted time in dilly dallying. Now I see that the same seller has posted this

I don't think it should be an issue, as it is a current production model showing on ADATA website.

I am also buying it & have even asked the seller if he will give further discount if one purchase more than 5 pcs from him. Waiting for his response & hoping to get +ve response from him

But I believe this new listing as well has ended on 19th. I tried to book another for my friend yesterday morning and it showed as Add to List but no add to cart or buy now option. You are able to order the item on ebay.

Try again. Today its showing in current deals of the week, so you should be able to buy another for your friend/
