Shop Acer H5370BD from Amazon

Hi Gurus,

I am planning to ship the product Acer H5370BD from Amazon.com. In the website it says, ships only within the US. Hence I would like to do shipping from shopyourworld.com. Has any one did shipping from this website. Pls let me know the reviews. Alternative suggest me any other third party shipping websites other than ishopinternational as I heard some negative feedback from it. Will the final price of pj Acer H5370BD including customs & shipping cost me 37K?

When I wanted to check with amazon.com providing only India address it calculated the total cost for me, however I could not see anywhere that it will ship to US only. Am I missing something? Anyways I have not placed the order. See the screenshot.

if its calculating price it will ship else as soon as you select on shipping the item it will directly display that the item cannot be shipped to your location " address mentioned" . in your case your local address. ( india)

Hey Friends,

I had a query. A dear friend (Y) of mine agreed to carry the projector and is coming on 27th February.
Since I heard ordering from Indian card is problematic on amazon.
I added the H5370bd projector in my cart and told another friend (X) to pay for it.
He ordered the same and delivery date was 24th -26th but I got a mail from [email protected] that my account is on hold stating
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process your order because the billing details provided with your payment method do not completely match the information on file with the card issuer. To avoid cancellation of your order, please reply to this email message with the following information:

* Name as it appears on your credit or debit card
* Your billing address (as it appears on your monthly bank statement)
* Phone number on file with the card issuer

I have replied to the mail with the details but nothing has happened from past 2 days and not able to login to my account as well.
Since time is running out . how to go about this ?
Please let me know.

Guys!! Relax and hold on to your horses

I have ordered the same from Amazon to my Ahmedabad address. It is presently under delivery by Aramex (Amazon shipped it thru Aramex). It has already reached Mumbai today and expected delivery is 21st Feb.
Some pointers:
1) On amazon, this particular order qualifies for their Global Free Shipping. Criteria is min $ 125 and max weight of 20 Lbs. So i had to pay only Customs (Import Fee = Rs. 9884).
2) Indian Credit Card works perfectly fine. However, Debit Card wont work. I first tried thru debit card, it didnt work. Then i used my ICICI Credit Card and it worked. This credit card was older version (without any chip). For newer chip enabled credit card, you need to put the additional PIN at the time of transaction (which we are doing these days for shopping in India as well ). So if you have older Credit Card, then Go For It.
3) Use Currency for Transaction as INR not USD (under Place your Order in USD) Amazon's conversion rate is much higher than what your credit card company will charge you. i have saved about Rs. 800 on this. With this method, my transaction cost was Rs. 39,025/ - as against that day's INR rate of about 39 900/-.

So if you are willing to wait for 3-4 more days, I will update here once I receive the delivery. I have no experience with Shopyourworld.com

I tried the contacting the customer representative by chat and they took the same details again and mentioned they will revert in 24 hours.
Let see what happens.

Finally my projector is here. They delivered 2 days prior to the schedule and I am absolutely thrilled!!
I received it at my office address. Couldnt wait, did unpacking and testing in my conference room
Oh Boy!! What clarity Still cant believe such a high quality of projector!! 150" screen is so affordable
Whoever is waiting on the fringe... should go for it....
