Sony 40EX650 @48K with 1 Yr Dealer's Warranty & Bill

Im planning to buy 40 EX650 and there is an attractive deal on ebay - SONY BRAVIA KDL 40 EX650 LED TV NEW WITH 1 YEAR DEALERS WARRANTY & BILL | eBay. There is also a Diwali coupon for Rs. 2500/- Final price is Rs. 48000/-

Spoke to customer care and they are agreeing for the following.

1. They will send the package through BlueDart and with transit insurance
2. I have an option to sign the BlueDart receipt after connecting the TV and everything works including panel display.
3. As part of dealers warranty, incase of any issue I have to first contact the dealer and through them I get Sony assistance during warranty period

Is it advisable to go with dealers warranty? That is my concern.

Im in dilemma whether to go for it or not. Any suggestions / inputs?

Sony assistance? You will be charged if anything goes wrong from sony. You have to send tv back to dealer to claim warranty.
If you can take risk then why not, go for it!
