I have an old Sony 5.1 home theater DAV-BC150. Now the 5 disk player is down but the 4 ohms speakers & 4 ohms subwoofer are intact.

Is there any way I could buy an AV receiver and reuse the speakers?

Also pls suggest me a good optical audio cable.

My requirements:

1. To play music through USB & Bluetooth, if possible wifi
2. To receive audio input from Tata Sky+ HD box using optical audio cable for Dolby sound
3. To receive inputs from Samsung DVD player through AV ports

Theoretically you can reuse the speakers but you should ensure that the receiver also supports speakers with 4 ohms impedance. If the receiver supports 8 ohms impedance and you connect 4 ohm speakers it may result in over heating of AVR and shortened life span

For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
