Looks like Sony has releases the 2019 TVs in India. I could not find anything in the stores though. I was looking at the G series, X9500G. Has anybody looked at it this full array LED set? Any idea on price? I was quoted 116K for 55 inch older generation model, X9000F.

Go for 9000F I got it for 1.50 L. Its very good price and recently has been updated to Oreo as well. Nothing drastically different in G series.

Croma was selling 55X9000F for 110K, if you bargain hard you will get it for 110K or may be even lesser....

The X9500G is available at Sony Centre, I demoed it 2 months ago apporx. I don’t exactly remember , but was priced at par with the A8F.
The x9000f is a better buy. VFM
If you are not a Sony fan check the samsung Q90R, its superior on paper and in real world performance as well.

Thanks. The price looks good for this TV. Will checkout local Croma store in Bangalore.

i just demoed the sony x85f and 90f and the store guys its available in Girias rajajinagar WOC road...price quoted is 129900 for 55x90f and 109900 for 55x85f.

i happen to ask for panasonic 55gx750(has HDR 10+ with dolby vision) and the store guy said to wait as its good and worth a wait compared to previous fx650 series as he had seen it last month at company training...so postponed for a while

Why not get the LG B8 instead? It was on sale for 1.15 after card discount on Flipkart. Retail stores can match that. I was quoted 1.16 for LG C8 after cashback by Reliance Digital, Malad. I took the B8 from Flipkart because extended warranty, from third party, was much cheaper compared to what Reliance Digital was offering. I prefer having some safety net on expensive items.
