RS-India does sell to inviduals whereas Element14 does not.

Element14 does have a partner site though diycomponents for individuals.

What is the proof that diycomponents is partner of element14 ?

well looking this up further I realise that "diycomponents" is not in the list of Element14 approved resellers.

though I've ordered a few times from them and the stuff was indeed authentic from Element14,still,not being listed makes things dicey especially when there are other authorised resellers around.
