I thought highs were pronounced with Klipsch speakers when played with Dared. I felt Dared sounded more warm with Cadence.

Rajiv, what an interesting article "God is in the Nuances" is - thank you. Part of the initial hypothesis is what i was referring to in another post on 100k DACs earlier this week. I agree with some of what he says and often when you think he will go one way, he goes another....
HiHowever, Byju suggests another Dared amp VP845 which is far better match to the Aristas. I intend to visit Angamaly shortly to check them out and then decide.![]()
I heard some really nice Tamil Blues stuff at the the meet, any pointers to artist?
Oh yeah, I intend to check them out in due course.SETs have certain magic different from push pulls. Worth a try provided they are able to drive the aristas.
Hi,

Yes boss you said it right.....that word is always confusing when we try to read it.....manufacturers call it 'Daa-red'!Daa-red from what I understand. I agree the combo of the Cadence and Dared amps was very very nice.

I think the drivers are Klipsch, not KEF; could someone confirm? I hope Byjuchacko would chip in.
Hi george,
I think it is "Kurukurukannae" song from the album "Couple's Retreat" by AR Rahman.
N.Murali
I think the specific song that George was impressed with was from a tamil movie. A very bluesy one with a few malayalam lines in it(?). I could be wrong though...
Aaromale from Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaya?
Kef LS50 with Quad II combo in the meet.
It performed really well with good mids and highs with required bass which can pull the budding audiophile to buy it.
