Hi frens,
hope everyone's had a great start to 2011....
I have Yamaha RX V450. It is a 6.1 AVR rated at 85 w. Got 2 small buttons on front which says Speaker A & Speaker B.
Speaker A is linked at the back as the Main Front Left & Right. Speaker B has two speaker inputs behind the AVR besides Speaker A.
I tried going through the manual but couldn't figure this out.
If i use this as a stereo amp with an intention to test/compare 2 different pairs of speakers. So i got Speaker Pair 1 connected to speaker A and Speaker Pair 2 connected to Speaker B. ( and nothing is connected to other channels )
Now if i play music through the AVR will it give same power/output to both the Speaker A ( Main left & Right ) and to Speaker B. Or will there be a difference in power/output.
In summary..... i'm trying to figure out if i can use this AVR to compare 2 different pair of speakers which my friends want to bring to my house to do a comparison.
Thanks.
