Hi All,

I have Samsung 32 Inch LCD TV and my stereo system placed in same room.

(stereo system using from last 2 months is Norge 1000 + Heco victa 301 )

I am using this LCD TV from last 15 months but now I am seeing white lines on display. As per Samsung engineer and my online research it looks like LCD panel is faulty.

I asked few other LCD experts they are saying that LCD panels are very sensitive to vibration. Vibrations due to high speaker volume (and especially bass) may create problem in panels.

Does any FM have idea about this? Can vibrations due to speakers may cause problem to LCD?

If yes, please suggest solution.

In my subwoofer manual there is strict direction to place the subwoofer at least 18 inches away from the TV on either side, hope the same will apply for FS speakers, I have kept accordingly but so far no lines on plasma

Does your sub-woofer manual especially mentioned about LCD/Plasma TV?

I am asking this because CRT TVs have problem due to magnetic field.
