Hi,
I have brought ONKYO TX-NR807 from US to India. Looking for suitable/reliable stepdown transformer to bring 220V to 110V to power the AV receiver. Any recommendations? Do ONKYO has built in transformer which have 220 tap for primary voltage? Do US frequency which is 60 hz and Indian frequency 50 Hz makes difference in performance?

Maxine step down transformer is better, don’t convert into 220 v

What are the difference in quality and performance between 'Auto Wound Toroidal Transformer & the '100% Copper Transformer' models? Which one is better for hifi audio? Is it good to select the one higher wattage model for the different type of usage ( small radios to high power amps) or should the small radios be connected only with lower capacity step down? Thanks.

maxine step down transformer is reliable

Check your onkyo avr wattage

MAXINE Voltage Convertor for American/Canadian Products 750 Watt 220 v to 110 v Step Down Auto Wound Toroidal Transformer Compatible with Oxygen Concentrator https://www.amazon.in/dp/B08R66WM5F...abc_PZPCRXC7GK37J870842S?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Step down transformer wattage should be 125% more than AVR wattage.

AFAIK Maxine models are auto wound toroidal transformer
