I have shortlisted 2 brands of subwoofer for music /stereo setup - PSB Alpha S10 and Taga Harmony Platinum SW-10 v.3. Pls suggest which would be better to pair with Yamaha R-N803 receiver and Polk S55 tower speakers. Thanks.

If your open to other brands look at svs, rythmik, rel depending on your room size you would require to short list whether 10" or 12". Better to audition before a purchase

Currently I am working on a tight budget so have not opted for SVS SB1000

PSB Alpha has received good reviews, is very good for music and movies.
Taga is good budget sub too.

Both the PSB and Taga u shortlisted are ported ones, if music is ur need,look into sealed ones

No direct experience with this model.
