Suggession for 5.1 HT package within 50000/-

I need suggession from the expertes about an 5.1 HT package within 50000/-, that should include amplifier/receiver, two floor standing speaker and others. I have a Philips DVD player. My priority is movie but also need a fare music sound quality. I live near durgapur. So availability should be in durgapur/kolkata. Room size is 12' X 16'. I cant exceed my budget.
