suggest stereo plus two speakers under 10K

Hello guys I'm looking for a head unit plus two speakers under 10K for my Maruti 800(as tweeters, amp plus sub for later stage). My personal favorites as of now are JBL GTO 947 @3.8K and Pioneer 2190 @5.3K.

what you think or what I can achieve best under my budget?

incidentally ,u wanted to get the same....

is 5.3k latest price of 2190 i was quoted 5.4k jus inquired an hour ago...
