Suggestion for starting my HT Set Up.

I am looking to start a simple 2.1 home theater set up. I dont have space to keep a 5 or more speakers currently and dont want to shell out too much. Is there any recommended good AVR that i can get that supports Dolby Atmos within 50K ? Can i get the speakers later and set up my home theater? Or is it better to buy all together?
