Suggestions Needed budget stereo amp

Guys Please suggest me a good stereo receiver for a budget of 10 to 15K(strict budget). Previously I was planning 5.1 but now switched over to 2 channel,Since I realized for the same budget I can get better sound in stereo.

Denon 1907 7.1 Channel amplifier (using as preamp)
Rotel RB985 MKII (Power amp)
Dali Zensor 5 speakers

I would be using these speakers for normal TV usage,music & movies.I was wondering how stereo would sound for movies? I am planning replace the Denon 1907 with a stereo receiver(with preouts) Will this make any improvement in my existing setup? Also I feel Dali is slightly on the brighter side (almost neutral only slight bright) I generally prefer a neutral sound not to warm or to bright,So should I match it with a warm stereo receiver?

listening to TV or listening to music(stereo) is different league all together. So dont mix them. Decide what you want in first place.

Why don't you consider the used ones like Marantz, Nad ot Rotel which suits your strict budget.
