In another thread I posted that I could not make out any difference between a $36 Emotiva RCA and $220+ Nordost blue heaven. The BH was lent to another forum member while I used his emotiva. Now after swapping the BH back in I hear more detail retrieval than before. This detail retrieval results in some "musical surprises" and split moments within a track that can be enjoyable to the listener. So while tonality wise I like the copper Emotiva better, it loses out on some other aspect.
