TataSky Binge+ HDR always on

I recently upgraded to TataSky Binge+ box, I'm using it with my LG C9 OLED TV. One main issue I'm seeing is, TV always detects the signal from the set top box as HDR. There seems to be no way to change that settings. This is quite annoying. Is anyone else facing this issue? Any help is highly appreciated.

I had observed this to be the case for Airtel Xtream box as well!! Weird!
