Tatasky HD with Creative Speakers

well if you are using hdmi.. no go..

however if u can use component connection u can use the left and right audio out (rca) to your speakers for audio.

else let hdmi go to the tv and then from the tv take the audio out and connect to the speakers.

Guys, the Creative speaker conenction pins are not compatabile with the TV out. The TV out has rca. but the creative speaker pins are different.

I think u need an RCA-> 3.5mm converter cable or adapter. But u will be getting only stereo output form the speakers,no 4.1.

recently i switched from tata sky to dish. Even after repeated request tata sky was not showing few of my best channels. eg i wanted to watch the salman Khan's interview on etc we missed it!!!!!!!!!!!.

skhari.. u just need a cable that will hardly cost you 50 bucks.. left+ right audio out (female rca) to a single stereo rca 3.5mm jack. very easily available from a electonic shop.

Sun HD comes with optical digital out.. TS-HD comes with coaxial digital out.. both support 5.1 dolby-digital sound on HD channels..

My Tata Sky HD box is hooked to my plasmi via HDMI. Now if I use the co-ax output, will the sound from HDMi get disabled automatically, or is the box capable to supporting 2 sound outputs simultaneously. I mean I don't want to switch on 5.1 speakers for listening to the headlines.

No HDMI will still carry both audio+video irrespective of your using co-ax or L-R. Easiest way is reduce volume of to ZERO.

For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
