In my CD player there is Philips CDM 12 as the drive mechanism. Few years back I got lense replaced ( as DIY). I got the part from a Singapore seller on EBay. That works well till now.
Before that I got lense mechanism from a shop in Mumbai, that did not work and labour to replace was wasted. So got from a Singapore seller on eBay.
Better to buy from sellers with good positive feedback, do not look at price only. As there are many sellers passing on defective lense mechanisms: the thing is you loose lot of labour in replacement and then find that it doesn’t work. Just my experience
