This projector comes with a manual lens and, for anamorphic projection, you have to install an external lens.

The HC-4000 was Editor's choice at Projector Central. Projector prices vary continuously depending upon stock and dollar pricing. The current MRP of HC-4000 is 1.10L with warranty.

I think HC 4000 is a class act.. i saw a demo of Transformers 3 with a dealer and for the picture, the amount one pays is a steal. I heard it is available for 84000/- to 89000/- in chennai. not remember if that includes VAT. warranty is company provided for 1 year.

Agree . I opened this thread hoping to see Acer 5360 or Optoma HD66 as I am planning to buy one

i think the best thing about this projector is dual anamorphic modes allow use of anamorphic lens for Cinemascope viewing without needing an expensive motorized lens sled which is good for watching content
