Toshiba or Sony 32 inch LCD

Hi guys,

I'm totally new to this forum. I'm seeking help from you people. I wanna buy 32 inch lcd and have seen almost all brands but I really liked Toshiba 32RV600 and Sony 32EX300 as they are very good ones and coming in my budget. Now toshiba is for 29990 (full hd) and sony for 33000 (hd).

Please help me which one to go for.
