Tower Speakers - Budget increased

Finally made up my mind and sold my HK 133 AVR and Jamo S416 5.1 speakers

Looking forward for my new AVR Patient wait till then

Polk RTi A9's Rock and goes well with Denon 3312. Good soundstage, Excellent high, mids and lows. At higher volumes sounds just incredible. I am sure that a power amp would take the performance a step further. Time will tell. Added Velodyne Impact 12 to complete my 5.1 HT set up. for now its many many hours to go before any more additions ;-) considering the fact that I started of looking at MS Carnival 6 FS - 13 K surely come a long long way....Phew!!! But its really worth the efforts

Was just going through your post, How are the A9's and where have you kept it, in the hall or in the bedroom. I have A5's, i had gone with budget to by monitor 50's then and instead bought A5's. I wonder how different it would sound when you will cut it off @ 80Hz if you are using the sub. The woofers of A9 how and when do they kick?

You need a powerful amp to kick in all the woofers. This is a unexplored area as of now. Will be picking up a power amp in 2012 then I will share the experience

Hi JK_chaos Velodyne Impact 12 is good value for money and more than enough for my hall 11 X 17. Its not at all boomy and pleasant to the ears. Will share the pics

Yes it is safe to buy from Ebay or Ebay GEB. I've also bought onkyo 609 from GEB. I have got it in 10 days including weekends.
